The LinkedIn Ads integration uses the Offline Conversions API, allowing Octanist to automatically upload qualified and converted leads into LinkedIn Ads for better campaign optimization.

1. Connect Your LinkedIn Ads Account
- In the Octanist dashboard, navigate to Integrations and click Add Integration.
- Search for LinkedIn Ads and click Set Up.
- If prompted, grant the required LinkedIn permissions.
- Select the Ad Account you want to connect.
- Click Next.
If you’ve previously granted permissions, you’ll skip the authorization screen and go straight to account selection.
2. Map Your Conversions
In this step, you’ll link your Octanist lead stages to LinkedIn conversion actions.
- For each lead stage, either select an existing conversion from your LinkedIn Ads account or create a new one.
- Map the following:
- Qualified Lead → select or create the corresponding LinkedIn conversion.
- Converted (Won) Lead → select or create the corresponding LinkedIn conversion.
- Click Next.
If you’ve already set up conversions in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, they’ll appear here ready to select.
3. Finalize Setup
- Give the integration an internal name so you can easily identify it later (e.g., Company Name – LinkedIn Ads).
- Review the advanced settings:
- Enhanced Conversions for Leads is enabled by default for improved match rates.
- Enable Backfill Existing Leads if you want to retroactively upload leads that were qualified or converted before this integration was activated.
- Click Complete Setup.
Your LinkedIn Offline Conversions integration is now active. Octanist will automatically upload your qualified and converted leads to LinkedIn Ads.
